MRI Safe Products – Shipping & Fulfillment Policy

1. Scope & Overview

Our products ship directly from multiple approved manufacturers and distributors across the United States. Because inventory is stored and fulfilled by these partners, order processing times, packaging methods, and carrier options can vary by item. By placing an order on mrisafeproducts.com you acknowledge and accept the practices outlined in this policy.


2. Order Processing & Fulfillment Times

Oversized/fragile items (e.g., stools, carts) 3 – 7 business days May require additional protective packaging.

3. Shipping Methods & Carriers

  • Parcel: UPS, FedEx, USPS, DHL, or similar.

  • Freight / LTL: R & L Carriers, XPO, Old Dominion, or a comparable medical-equipment carrier.

  • Carrier selection is made by the shipping origin to balance speed, cost, and safe handling.


4. Shipping Rates & Cost Adjustments

We calculate shipping charges during checkout using weight, dimensional data, and the destination you provide. Because rates may fluctuate or be underestimated for remote areas, oversized packages, or freight-class upgrades:

  1. Additional Charges:

    • If actual shipping costs exceed what you paid, we will email an updated invoice for the difference.

    • You have 48 hours to approve and pay the additional amount.

  2. Declining Additional Charges:

    • If you decline or do not respond within 48 hours, we will cancel the order and issue a full refund to your original form of payment.

  3. Over-Charges:

    • If we overcharge you for shipping by $10 or more, we will automatically refund the difference.


5. Split Shipments

Your order may arrive in multiple boxes and/or from multiple carriers. Tracking numbers will be emailed as soon as we receive them from each shipping location.


6. Delivery Timeframes & Delays

  • Estimated transit times shown at checkout begin after the processing window in §2.

  • Delays caused by carriers, customs inspections, weather events, or force-majeure circumstances are beyond our control. We will, however, assist with tracking and claims when requested.


7. Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout:

  • If a package is returned or re-routed due to an incorrect or incomplete address, you are responsible for any re-shipment fees.

  • Freight deliveries require a commercial address with receiving hours and adequate dock or lift-gate access.


8. Freight Deliveries – Customer Responsibilities

  • Someone 18 years or older must be present to inspect and sign for freight shipments.

  • Before signing the delivery receipt, inspect packaging for visible damage. Note any issues on the carrier’s paperwork or refuse delivery; this is essential for claims.

  • Concealed damage must be reported to us within 3 business days of delivery with photos of packaging and product.


9. Backorders & Out-of-Stock Items

If an item is unavailable after you place an order, we will contact you with:

  1. The new estimated ship date; or

  2. Comparable substitute products; or

  3. The option to cancel for a full refund.


10. Order Changes & Cancellations

  • Requests to change or cancel orders must be emailed to support@mrisafeproducts.com within 24 hours of purchase.

  • Once an item has entered production or been handed to a carrier, standard return procedures apply (see Returns Policy).


11. International Shipping

At this time we ship only to addresses within the United States (including Alaska & Hawaii). For export inquiries, please contact us for a custom quote and compliance review.


12. Limited Liability

MRI Safe Products is not liable for any direct or indirect loss (including lost profits or downtime) resulting from shipment delays, carrier errors, or failure to deliver by a requested date. Our responsibility is limited to refunding shipping costs, reshipping, or replacing damaged items in accordance with this policy.


13. Force Majeure

We are excused from performance under this policy for events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, labor strikes, pandemics, and governmental actions.
