1. Scope & General Principles
MRISafeProducts.com (“MSP,” “we,” “our,” “us”) distributes MRI-safe products sourced from multiple manufacturers and warehouses. To give every customer a consistent experience, MSP offers a 30-day company-wide return window on most items, subject to the conditions below. Because each vendor may impose unique requirements, all returns must be coordinated through MSP Customer Support before any product is shipped back.
2. Return Eligibility

| Condition | Item must be unused, unaltered, undamaged, and in the exact condition received, with all original packaging, accessories, manuals, certificates, and tamper-evident seals intact. |
| Return Authorization (RA) | An MSP-issued RA number and shipping instructions are mandatory. Returns sent without an RA may be refused or returned to sender at the customer’s expense. |
| Shipping Method | Unless MSP provides a prepaid label (see §3.1), customers are responsible for insured, trackable return shipping. MSP is not liable for loss or damage in transit. |
| Restocking Fee | Stock items may incur a manufacturer-mandated restocking fee of up to 25 %. The exact amount (if any) will be disclosed with the RA. Original outbound shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. |
3. Special Situations
3.1 Manufacturer Defect, Order Error, or Shipping Damage
- Defects or incorrect items: Notify MSP within 48 hours of delivery. Provide photos or other documentation. If confirmed, MSP will arrange a prepaid return label or on-site pickup and offer a replacement or full refund at no charge.
- Concealed damage uncovered after opening must also be reported within 48 hours.
3.2 Non-Returnable & Restricted-Return Items
The following categories are final sale unless defective (per §3.1):
- Custom-built or made-to-order items (including color, sizing, or branding customizations)
- Disposable, sterile, or single-use products
- Items classified as personal-protective equipment (PPE) once opened
- Software licenses, digital downloads, and subscriptions
- Products that are crated, palletized, or require special hazmat handling without original packaging (e.g., certain stretchers, magnets, batteries)
- Any product marked “Non-Returnable” on its product page or invoice

4. Exchanges
To exchange an eligible product for a different model or size, follow the standard RA process (§2). Exchanges are treated as a return plus a new order; restocking fees and outbound/return shipping charges may apply.
5. Refund Processing
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after MSP (or the vendor) receives and inspects the returned item.
- Deductions: Restocking fees, outbound shipping, and any damage or missing components discovered during inspection.
- MSP will email a credit memo or refund confirmation once processed.
6. How to Start a Return

- Receive RA & Instructions – MSP will confirm eligibility, disclose any restocking fee, and supply the correct return address (which may be the original vendor or an MSP facility).
- Ship Your Package – Securely re-pack the item, prominently display the RA # on the outer carton, and include a copy of your invoice or packing slip inside.
- Track & Retain Proof – Keep shipment tracking and insurance receipts until your refund is finalized.
7. Limitations & Legal
- No waiver of statutory rights – This policy operates alongside any mandatory consumer protections under applicable law.
- Governing Law – All disputes related to this Return & Refund Policy will be governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
- Policy Updates – MSP may amend this policy at any time; the version posted at the time of your purchase will apply to that order.
